Orders

Orders and transactions are handled securely through Stripe and Paypal. Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design does not have access to your credit card information.

Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design guarantees all information is gathered securely and is not shared with third parties. Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design may, however, disclose your information when you ask to do so or when we believe it is required by law. Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design uses your mailing address information to ship your purchase through FedEx and/or Canada Post (shipping policies are outlined on the Shipping Policy page).

A receipt or transaction does not constitute a contract and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design sees fit. Please note that Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design may also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design will issue your credit to the correct amount owed.

Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Liana Tarantini Sculpture and Design only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
